About me

I am a third-culture individual with over ten years of experience doing research and teaching in the field of intercultural business communication.

Multicultural: I grew up juggling two cultures (French and Chinese) and lived in three countries (France 🇫🇷, China 🇨🇳 and Norway 🇳🇴). Thanks to this experience, I have developed intercultural competence and cultural intelligence to navigate these cultures successfully.

Multilingual: I speak French, English, Chao Zhou (Chinese dialect from the South of China) and Norwegian every day.

Multidisciplinary:

🎓 I have a PhD in intercultural communication (NHH, Norway),

🎓 an international Master’s in Management (SKEMA Business School, France)

🎓 a Master’s degree in French language (La Sorbonne, France and The University of Bergen, Norway).

Some achievements:

🏆 Nominated for the award “Name of the year in Academia” by the newspaper Khrono (2022)

🏆Among the 10 finalists for the award “Voices of diversity in organisations” (Mangfoldsstemme i næringslivet) by the company Big Enough Global (based in Oslo, Norway) (2021);

🏆 Among the first at NHH to receive the status of Excellent teacher practitioner (merittert underviser) (2021)
