About Me
I have lived in three countries—France 🇫🇷, China 🇨🇳, and Norway 🇳🇴. This personal journey gave me deep insight into the nuances of different cultures and the ability to navigate them successfully.
I speak French, English, Norwegian, and Chaozhou Chinese daily, which allows me to connect authentically with diverse communities and understand the subtleties of cross-cultural communication.
With over 15 years of experience in research and teaching, I combine a personal multicultural perspective with rigorous academic expertise to help leaders and teams thrive in complex global environments.
I work as an Associate professor at NHH Norwegian School of Economics.
Multidisciplinary Expertise
I bring a unique blend of academic and practical knowledge:
- PhD in Intercultural Communication, NHH – Norwegian School of Economics, Norway
- International Master’s in Management, SKEMA Business School, France
- Master’s in French, La Sorbonne, France & University of Bergen, Norway
This combination of research, management insights, and linguistic expertise enables me to translate complex intercultural challenges into actionable strategies for organisations.
