In this talk, I highlight important cultural differences you should pay attention to when working internationally. This talk is based on over ten years of research on communication and culture and naturally blends case studies, reflection, research and personal storytelling.

I can also focus on cultural differences when dealing with Chinese partners or colleagues. I help you make sense of the main differences between what is expected and accepted in Western cultures and in China. I’ll talk about communication, hierarchy, leadership style and much more. This topic is based on over ten years of teaching Chinese business culture at NHH and many years of company presentations in Norway.
