How can you engage your colleagues in meetings and online meetings?
Engaging participants in the classroom is very similar to engaging colleagues in meetings. As one of the first Excellent teacher practitioners at NHH, I share concrete strategies to create more participation and learning in your meetings and courses. This talk is based on the latest pedagogical innovations, my practice and teaching tips from Harvard Business School.
I have presented my experience with online teaching at NHH, but also at three international conferences.
