Annelise had prepared and executed two workshops, split into 3 sub-sessions, for all employees. Furthermore Annelise arranged one workshop for a more focused training of employees that had regular client contact. Here the focus was on improving cultural understanding and awareness of differences at specific markets/regions . These workshops had to be executed virtually (in Zoom) and over several sessions to ensure the groups were not too large. Through a combination of presentations of research and practical cases tied up with making available written material on the workshop topics , I am of the opinion that we all sit back with a much better understanding and awareness of how we can communicate better being located at different places despite having different cultural background.
