Working and collaborating with people located abroad has become a norm. But this new form of work also comes with a set of challenges:
- How can we build trust and work effectively with people we’ve never met?
- What are the main differences when we work in virtual global teams? How can we map and bridge our differences?
- How can we ensure participation from everyone (native speakers and non-native speakers/ introverts/extroverts) so that the best ideas are heard?
- How can you use your global diversity to create a diverse and inclusive culture across locations?

I have also designed two courses at NHH on a similar topic: Virtual collaboration across cultures and working successfully across cultures.
